The story behind the workbook

I didn't write this from the other side of healing.

I wrote it from the middle of it.

Hey, I'm glad you're here.

I want to be honest with you from the start: I am not a guru. I don't have a perfectly curated healing journey with a tidy beginning, middle, and end. What I have is a story — messy, nonlinear, and deeply human — and a workbook that came out of the moments when I needed something to hold onto.

For years, I searched for resources that would meet me where I was. Not where I was supposed to be. Not where someone else had already arrived. But right there, in the thick of it — exhausted, uncertain, and still trying. I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I started writing it.

The journey

Healing taught me to slow down.

My healing journey began after a season of profound loss. I lost relationships, I lost a version of myself I had clung to for years, and I lost the belief that I had to have it all figured out. What I found in that loss was something I hadn't expected: space. Space to ask different questions. Space to feel things I had been running from. Space to begin again.

"Healing is not a destination. It's a practice — and some days, just surviving is the practice."

The Healing Path Workbook was born from that space. Every prompt, every reflection exercise, every gentle framework in these pages came from something I personally needed to work through. It is not a prescription. It is an invitation — to go at your own pace, to honor where you are, and to trust that the path will reveal itself one step at a time.

No timelines

Healing doesn't follow a schedule. This workbook meets you wherever you are, whenever you're ready.

No judgment

There are no wrong answers here. Every feeling you bring to these pages is valid and welcome.

No pressure

You can put this down and come back. You can skip a page. You can start over. This is your journey.

The mission

You deserve a companion for this.

My deepest hope for this workbook is simple: that it makes you feel less alone. That when you open it on a hard day, something on the page says, 'I see you. Keep going.' Healing is not a sprint or a race. There is no finish line to cross, no grade to earn, no timeline to meet. There is only the next honest step — and I am honored to walk it with you.

The Healing Path Workbook

Healing is not a sprint or a race.
Walk with me, one step at a time.

A note for you

"You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to take the next step. That's enough."
